Yes. If you qualify for both programs, you may submit separate applications for each. Scholarship applications and Student Relief applications are reviewed independently.
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, approval, or funding. Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, need, available funding, partner requirements, and overall program priorities.
